Erik Slooten is the Global Lead, Delivery Quality & Transformation Cloud Services at T-Systems International. Automation and applying AI in improving Customer Delivery as well as internal processes in TSI is part of his portfolio.
Running an international team, coordinating overarching programs and working together with business units and customers around the world, he developed the delivery strategy and organization for Public Cloud Services.
In CIO roles, he successfully established & delivered major IT Programs & Transformations in the telecommunications & IT industries. He successfully set up and executed a transformation strategy to develop the largest nearshoring organization for T-Systems and Deutsche Telekom. As CEO, he also ran Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary.
Erik is holding an honorary doctorate at the University of Pecs and was awarded Expat CEO of the year in 2021.
An enthusiast and practitioner of Responsible AI, Erik is of Dutch origin and fulfilling his global leadership duties out of Budapest.
